Murakami Gala at the Moca
We showed you guys the preview of the Takashi Murakami show at the Moca in Los Angeles yesterday but here are some pictures from tonights gala also held at the Moca:
Arrival:
Kanye performed, opened up with a great cartoon featuring the Murakami Bear from the album cover and had a crazy light show which at some point made us feel like we were in “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”
Enter the dining hall through giant LV trunks:
All 4 walls were really happy:
The tables were beautifully set, the placemats became quit the hot items at the end of the event!

I didn’t know how else to contact you; today I was at Kildonan Place Shopping Mall in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, when I came across several hoodies with your trademark dollars and diamonds logo printed all over it, although they were very poorly printed onto the hoodie. The brand that blatantly bit your logo is called Sneaker Headz, sold at Athlete’s World.
