Tonight is the last show from this promo NERD tour. Next up Asia and the Glow In The Dark Tour. We wanted to thank everyone for coming out to the shows and having a blast with N*E*R*D!

I’m so excited for TGITDT that I even dream about it. I dreamed I had the chance to talk to Pharrell, but I was too stunned to really say anything. Like “Ummmm I love you?” but he’s probably tired of hearing that and I was to scared to say it hahah.

First, let me preface this comment by saying congratulations to you and the rest of N.E.R.D. (main members as well as touring band) on finishing up your promo dates. I know that you and Chad have a lot going on with trying to finish up the new album as well as working on production for various artists and whatnot. So again, congrats to you.
Now on to the real meat and bones:
One of the tour dates for your promo tour was a scheduled stop in Cincinnati, OH. Unfortunately, that date got cancelled due to a snow storm that just HAD to blow through my city on the very day that you were scheduled to perform. Now I am aware that you did manage to make it to all of the other scheduled performances in Ohio…all except for Cincinnati. I know that this is asking alot, especially considering that the promo tour is now officially over, BUT:
Is there anyway at all possible that you guys could try to swing back through Cincinnati AFTER the dates in Asia are done? Trust, no one is more aware than me how incredibly hectic your schedules are right now, but……dude, I HAVE NEVER SEEN YOU OR N.E.R.D. PERFORM LIVE…EVER!!! You guys don’t get out to Ohio very often despite the fact that V.A. is just a hop and a skip away and, on the flip side, I don’t get to travel outside of Ohio much, so the chances of me catching up to you guys in V.A. is slimmer to none.
I wouldn’t really ask this, but seeing as how the Glow In The Dark tour is coming nowhere near here, I don’t know what else to do. My ticket was bought and paid for AND I had a fresh new ‘fit ready to come and rockout with you guys and everything. And yes, I know you have absolutely no control over the weather, but I really dig your music and would kill (ok, not kill, but you get the idea right) to see you guys perform live. Excuse my french, but I wouldn’t give a shit if the only seat I could get was in the Nosebleed section BEHIND the stage: I’d still come to the show. If there’s anyway possible, ANYWAY AT ALL, please please please let a brotha know…….

In a future post, if it’s at all possible, would you please post the complete lyrics to “Wonderful Place” from the Fly Or Die album? There’s still some lyric phrases that I’m having the darndest time trying to figure out even after all of these years….since you have a blog, I figure the worst that you could say is “NO” right?

i had lots of fun last night in jacksonville, that was my second concert cuz i saw you guys at the columbus show as well, I dunno if you recognized me or not. But i hope you enjoy the birthday card i gave, and i hope you have a wonderful birthday in Japan.
It was a pleasure meeting chester french(you guys rock hard!!! i can’t wait for the album) and thanx max for trying to get me in touch with mike from full sail. I got to talk to him later outside.
It was really an inspiration to meet both pharrell and chad…wish i coulda met shae, but that’s ok. don’t know if Darryl the drummer reads this blog…but thanks so much for hanging out with us outside. You were wonderful to talk to. I had a blast…and i can’t wait to meet you both again on a professional side.
