World Trade Center in Bahrain?

Here is a picture of the World Trade Center in Bahrain.  3 wind turbines were included in the design of these towers which were turned on this week and will supply 10 to 15% of the towers energy.

On a smaller scale, who would live in this house?

FYI:  It was designed this way, this is not from a natural disaster.
