The imagery was so moving. I watched it several times just to appreciate this slick editing.
I love the concept, this is the only music video to visually reference LASTNIGHTSPARTY. Pharrell protraying Merlin Bronques with the camera nicely complimenting his style! The atmosphere itself is verging a possible fantasy, foe’ that ass!! I salute the dopetastic music video director Diane Martel, who extracted the grit, rawness and obscured beauty. Injecting a good proportion of avant garde swill into the mix just to mix things up.
It is more than just an aural experience, it’s billed as the ultimate trip…This is what drugs should be like.

postmodernism at its finest. an american apparel ad on, well, crank of course! the video recalls the cocaine craze of the disco era and combines it with the modern day recklessness of young starlets in a very humane and empathetic manner. it is as visually thought-provoking as it is aurally stimulating. congratulations on a phenomenal precursor to the upcoming album!
