Architect David Fischer has come up with this building design called Dynamic Tower Skyscraper. Each floor rotates to create energy which powers the building all powered by wind and the sun. Of course Dubai will be the first place to get one than Moscow.
In my opinion that is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t they spend oil money on fighting poverty?
