WOW!!!!!
……….it must be so refreshing to have a potential leader who is articulate and morally and ethically just.
even though I live on the other side of the world, there is great interest in the US election here in oz. I have had numerous conversations with friends and family about it, in fact just the other day a work colleague of mine asked if i could get him a Obama badge when I visit the states in the coming month.
Wow…wish we had somebody half as good as him. It’s going to be interesting, from an outsiders perspective, to see how this man will succeed. He sounds like an everyday man, who has lived a life based on hard work. I’ve never doubted America’s ability to show compasion…after 9/11 it wasn’t the terrorist act that I saw on the news it was the people…everyday people HELPING others. That is what I see when I think of America. It would be great for the world to see this too instead of a nation that revolves around money. Instead of looking outwards and trying to keep America at top of the power table, Obama is turning attention into America and its people. He’s not undermining the value of people lives. I don’t want this to be taken the wrong way, but I can see Obama as a man who can, not only lead America, but influence the world into stopping and reflecting on themselves and their own people. This man will become a revolutionist.
Beautiful is all I have to say. The world and every soul in it needs this man as president of USA. I’m from Sweden but it’s all the same, people need to help each other, we need peace and focus on the real problems in this messed up place called earth. Obama knows the truth. We are ready for this change. God bless us all.

I watched it Thursday and have to agree, one of the greatest speeches ever. That was history in the making on such a historical landmark day, the 45 anniversary of the “I Have a Dream” speech Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. made. I was actually emotional during the entire speech.
I hope everyone that’s old enough to vote is registered to vote. But don’t just register, GET OUT AND VOTE ON ELECTION DAY. Eight is Enough!!
