Hey guys, first of all, thx for coming to Belgium… after watching you this summer on “Lokerse Feesten” I was absolutetly thrilled! I have been a fan for many many years now.
What I’ve written below is not because I’m a hater, cause I love your music to the death, but it’s the truth.
But the performance in Belgium was rather on the downside…=(. And I’m referring to the audioquality (your vocals could not be heard properly, at all…) and the show only took about 50 min or so.
After 10 minutes I tried to forget the quality and just sang till my voice was gone, cause all of us (your fans) were there to have an awesome party.
The reviews in the Belgian newspapers were very disappointing as well (especially when you compare them to last summer). Maybe I’ll translate them in english if you want and if I got the time.
But the crowd loves N.E.R.D.
I love N.E.R.D.
I hope you guys come back soon and give us a show that will blow the critics away.

Or you can come to Rock Werchter, one of the worlds largest festivals. You’ve been there in 2004 once and totally killed it. Names that I found on the internet have been there over the last couple of years:
The Streets, Kanye West, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Manu Chao, Kelis, Tool, Mogwai, Anouk, Muse, Sigur Rós, Beastie Boys, The Chemical Brothers, Faithless
Rock Werchter has over 80 000 visitors a day and has been proclamed Best Festival of Year, for the last 3 years!
