Know The Ledge

The new Skydeck at the Sears Tower in Chicago has a new attraction.  “The Edge” is a glass encased balcony attached to the 103rd floor of the building. Hit the jump for a few more pictures as well as some other crazy places you can walk on glass!

The Grand Canyon Skywalk was built in Arizona:

The Aurland Lookout was built in Norway.  It overlooks the fjord.  You’re not walking on glass here, but if you are up for it try leaning:

But you might want to go during the summer!  It doesn’t look much fun in the picture below and I doubt you can see much.

    ALL OF THIS IS JUST DOPE!!! IT HAS TO BE A STARNGE FEELING TO STAND UP THERE, BUT I’M NOT AFRAID OF HIGHTS..SO I WOULD TRY IT!!!

    I KNOW SOME PEOPLE, WHO DON’T EVEN DRIVE WITH THE ESCALATOR ( :D ), SO I THINK IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA 4 PEEPS, WHO ARE REALLY FEAR HIGHT TO TRY THIS! ;)

    That looks so cool but you won’t catch me in any of those places. I just have no desire to walk on glass balconies or hang out on the edge of a cliff, lol. No Way!

    TO THE GRAND CANYON PIC: 1. U PAY $25 4 15 MINUTES, 2. I LIKE THE VIEW AND 3. LOOK @ THE PEEPS, NEARLY EVERYONE IS ON THE SIDE, CUZ THEY DON’T TRUST THE GLASS!!! :D

    I don’t think I would ever go on them. No matter how safe they are or whatevers, I would hate to fall through.

    Very very nice, my small little country of tyrol with its beatiful view – you need to go skiing or snowboarding there.
    I’m looking forward to the show in frauenfeld – is there a possibility to get an autograph from you guys?

    Don’t forget the CN Tower in Toronto… lookin down isn’t as pretty as some of the places you posted but on a clear day you can see Niagra Falls
