MOMA NYC Alternative Design

July 16th, 2009

Here is a great alternative design to the MOMA Extension in New York.  53rd W 53rd would be a hotel, luxury condos as well as additional space for the MOMA.  This new design was created by Axis Mundi.

    man, that’s just beautiful. and speaking of moma, have you guys heard of the moca? takashi murakmi had an exhibit here in the one in la. i’m gonna be performing poetry there next week! it’s for teenagers, i’m super excited=)

    I could enjoy getting lost in that pile of blocks. I like the push pull and the hanging garden components. Not a big fan of the aesthetics. Not to mention, if there were a stiff breeze…watch out below!
