The Citadel – Floating Apartments

Here is an interesting project.  Not sure about other cities on the east coast but it’s been raining so much in New York over that last few months these apartments might be needed soon.  The modern day Noah’s Arc for people this time!  Designed by the dutch firm Waterstudio, The Citadel – Floating Apartments will house 60 units.
