Steve Powers “Love Letter” Project

Steve Powers aka ESPO teamed up with the city of Philadelphia to create these murals painted by him and other artists entitled “Love Letter”.  It’s great to see a city get with the program and allow artists to express themselves.

    now that is absolutely nice!!!!
    i wish my city would participate in more wall based, local art! they’re more into the sculpters and metal works.
