BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB X ARCANE

Billionaire Boys Club in collaboration with Riot Games, announced a limited-edition capsule collection celebrating the premiere of Season 2 of the acclaimed Netflix series Arcane, a League of Legends spin-off.

This limited-edition collection features seven unique styles inspired by iconic characters Jinx and Ekko, including a hat, a hoodie, two zip-up hoodies, and three T-shirts.

    • 1. Eligibility: This contest is open only to those who commented #BBCARCANECAPSULE on the post posted on Instagram on November 15th, 2024. This contest is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. This 'contest' is only open to legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This contest is not eligible for Employees of BBC Retail & Internet, LLC (“BBC”), Riot Games and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, independent contractors, agents, and suppliers, (collectively, 'Employees'), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees. Employees  and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to collect prizes in this contest'. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where legally prohibited.
    • 2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ('You') agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of BBC and/or Riot Games, in their sole and absolute discretion, as final and binding as it relates to the content and rules of this campaign.
    • 3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Friday, November 15th, 2024 8:00am, Eastern Standard Time (EST) and will end at 11:59pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Sunday, November 17th, 2024. All online entries must be received no later than and will not be accepted after 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Sunday, November 17th, 2024.
    • 4. How to Enter: To be eligible to receive a prize in this contest, you must enter the contest by submitting an entry online using the the hashtags (#) #BBCARCANECAPSULE on Instagram (social media application). The entry must fulfill all contest requirements as described in these rules to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of BBC and/or Riot Games. You may enter the contest only once per person and may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole and absolute discretion of BBC and Riot Games
    • 5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the contest (the 'Winner') will, at the sole and absolute discretion of BBC and Riot Games: receive two (2) tickets to the premier of the movie “Arcane 2”, merch/apparel, round trip coach tickets to Los Angeles, California, if if your legal residence is outside of state you are eligible to receive a two night stay at a three-star hotel, local ground transportation to and from the airport and the premier and/or the hotel, as applicable. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award and shall not exceed $5,000.00 USD total . The prize may be subject to change at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of BBC and Rio and shall be awarded in their sole and absolute discretion, if awarded at all. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes express permission for BBC and Riot Games to use your name, likeness, and biographical information without restriction of any kind in perpetuity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    • 6. Odds: You are not guaranteed a prize and winning one is unlikely. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    • 7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected at random under the supervision of BBC and  Riot Games. Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within two (2) days following selection of Winner. BBC and Riot Games shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In such case, BBC and Riot Games may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by  BBC andRiot Games #BBCARCANECAPSULE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest and/or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.     • 11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The United States of America AND New York State, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this contest the participant (YOU) agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York , NY having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign).
