Shipping policy

Orders may be shipped using multiple carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include additional charges for heavy or oversized items based on destination.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days prior to shipment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Responsibility & Package Protection

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery, including packages marked as Delivered but not received.

To protect against these situations, we offer optional package protection at checkout. This coverage provides support in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If package protection is not selected, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility. Replacement orders or refunds will not be issued for carrier-related issues without package protection.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, or carrier delays.

If you purchased package protection and experience an issue, please follow the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email to file a claim.
